Job Description
The Program Coordinator (PC) provides programmatic and clinical leadership for the Jefferson supportive congregate housing program. The PC is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising case management staff, maintaining high-quality resident-centered services, and supporting housing stability outcomes. The role balances clinical oversight, staff supervision, quality assurance, and operational coordination in alignment with Housing Works’ mission, values, and applicable funder requirements.
