10+ years of progressive experience developing and implementing global or regional inclusion strategies, programs and initiatives in a complex, multinational organization.
Proven success as an inclusion thought leader advising C-suite and senior executives on being accountable for integrating inclusion into business strategy.
Demonstrated expertise on inclusion and equity principles and practices, compliance implications, with a track record of measurable impact.
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with experience building collaborative partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups.
Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and insights to drive strategic decision-making and measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated experience sponsoring and providing governance for Employee Resource Groups.
Master’s degree preferred.
