Leading the cross-functional Total Reward transformation related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including organizational design and job architecture optimization, gender pay gap analysis, benchmarking and remediation strategies, policy definition, compliance frameworks and internal communication initiatives
Overseeing global salary benchmarking activities and pay equity analyses to support informed decisions on salary reviews and reward positioning
