We are looking for a Sr. Specialist, CRM Orchestration & Governance to help design, operationalize, and scale McAfee’s CRM orchestration and governance frameworks. This role ensures journeys are built on strong data foundations and follow consistent, high-quality standards.This is a Hybrid position located in the New York City area. You will be required to be on-site on an as-needed basis. When you are not working on-site, you will be working from your home office. We are only considering candidates within a commutable distance to NYC and are not offering relocation assistance at this time
About the Role
As a Sr. Specialist, CRM Orchestration & Governance, you will support the strategic backbone of McAfee’s CRM program. You will work closely with lifecycle strategists and Marketing Operations to ensure journeys are orchestrated correctly, data is used consistently, and governance processes are followed.
This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, systems, and making complex CRM ecosystems run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the design and upkeep of CRM orchestration frameworks and standards
• Partnering with lifecycle teams to ensure journeys align with governance and orchestration best practices
• Defining and documenting segmentation rules, triggers, and orchestration logic
• Supporting campaign QA, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations
• Helping maintain CRM documentation, playbooks, and operating procedures
• Collaborating with Data & Analytics to validate attributes and audience logic
• Monitoring CRM health, performance signals, and operational risks
You likely have:
• 3-5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
• Strong understanding of segmentation logic, triggers, and campaign orchestration
• Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and teams
• A passion for documentation, governance, and operational excellence
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

The starting pay range for this position is $93,370.00-$153,400.00. McAfee takes into consideration an individual’s skillset, experience and location in making final salary determinations.
