Job Description

Duties
We are looking for someone to help perform routine administrative functions which may include:
Entering applications and data into Formstack
Entering and editing data into various platforms
Printing and collating employee benefit guides
Opening mail
Scanning checks
Shredding documents
Photocopying
Preparing proposals for clients
Performing loss run reports
Stocking and ordering office supplies
Attending selected employee or client meetings
Assisting with other administrative duties when needed
Qualifications
Must be willing to work 37.5 hours per week, during normal business hours between 8:30AM to 5:00PM in an office environment setting. Schedule can be flexible.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Self-directed and a willingness to work independently at times.
A positive attitude that embraces teamwork and learning.
Desire and willingness to learn about the insurance industry.
Required Education
High school or equivalent.
