Professional Services Consultant
Job Description
The Opportunity
This Professional Services Consultant role offers an outstanding opportunity to work closely with enterprise clients across enterprises in domains such as banking, telco, airlines, and hospitality, understanding their technical and business requirements to implement best-in-class MarTech solutions — including Adobe Experience Cloud and adjacent platforms — that deliver measurable value. Your key objective is to ensure successful delivery across customer data platform (CDP), journey orchestration, campaign management and / or content management solutions, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will leverage AI-powered tools and emerging automation capabilities to accelerate project delivery, and you are expected to pick up new platforms and methodologies quickly as the MarTech landscape evolves.
What you’ll do
- Act as a domain expert in enterprise MarTech platforms — with strong focus on CDPs, journey orchestration, campaign / content management, and data ingestion pipelines — such as Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Campaign.
- Translate marketing domain knowledge — from sectors such as banking, telco, airlines, and hospitality — into actionable data models, segmentation and content strategies, and personalization use cases.
- Navigate complex project tasks, proactively addressing challenges including clarifying business requirements, optimizing performance, and integrating third-party products.
- Deliver consulting services for enterprise MarTech implementations, assisting clients and partners with architecture design, delivery execution, issue management, end-to-end testing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate customer discovery sessions, guiding clients in defining their business requirements and key performance indicators to help them derive the full value of their Adobe solutions.
- Apply AI tools (e.g. co-pilots, generative assistants, LLM-powered workflows) to accelerate solution design, documentation, and client deliverables.
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years' experience in IT consulting or implementation for enterprise SaaS or MarTech solutions — such as CDPs, marketing automation, content management systems, or data ingestion platforms — with expertise in requirements definition, architecture, design, and delivery.
- Marketing domain knowledge in at least one industry vertical: banking / financial services, telecommunications, airlines, hospitality, or retail. Demonstrated ability to connect business marketing goals to technical implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new platforms and tools rapidly — including AI-powered development and productivity tools — and integrate them into day-to-day consulting work.
- Familiarity with enterprise MarTech, including CDPs (e.g. Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, Treasure Data, Tealium), marketing automation (e.g. Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze), or content management platforms (e.g. AEM, Contentful, Sitecore).
- An approach centered on delivering outcomes, responsiveness, a high degree of integrity, and a strong dedication to customer success.
- Excellent creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills — written and verbal.
- Genuine interest in emerging technologies and methodologies with a passion for staying ahead of trends in digital marketing technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
Bonus Experience:
- Experience with data ingestion pipelines, event streaming (e.g. Kafka, Kinesis), or ETL/ELT tools used in large-scale marketing data environments.
- Hands-on experience with tag management and data collection layers (e.g. Launch, Tealium iQ, Google Tag Manager).
- Practical use of AI coding assistants, prompt engineering, or LLM-driven workflow automation in a professional context.
- Hands-on experience writing / debugging in one or more scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript or TypeScript, Java or Python – for use cases including data transformation, data querying, API integrations or workflow automation.
