Long-term Care Facility seeking PT Activity Assistant, with occasional evenings and every other weekend. Work days M-F are adjusted for evening and weekends. Benefits include paid vacation, insurance, and 401K retirement plan. Experience preferred but not necessary. Pay based on experience.
