Job Purpose:
Organize and Co-ordinate daily routine function of the department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Group Head - Quality in preparing documents pertaining to accreditation procedure.
- Coordinating the Internal training & CME program.
- Maintaining SOP’s, Quality Manual and Record Formats for the entire hospital.
- Record keeping of all above documents.
- Maintaining updated records related to equipment list, temperature charts, follow up of calibration of Bio Medical Instruments and conducting random checks.
- Utilise NABH and JCI standards and strategies as benchmark and educate staff accordingly.
- Report on the performance of Quality Management System and any needs for Improvement.
- Monitoring of QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved by all units.
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
- Assist in collaboration with internal departments to ensure that the prescribed standards are met.
- Interact with clinical practitioners in implementing various quality standards.
- Facilitate quality related learning opportunities to involve, develop and update all appropriate staff in the hospital.
- Develop and deliver effective presentations.
- Ensure the organization is aware of our customer’s requirements
