Job Description
About lemlist
lemlist is the AI-powered sales engagement platform helping sales teams build pipeline smarter, not harder.
Bootstrapped from day one, we’ve grown from 0 to $50M+ ARR in 8 years without raising a single dollar. Today, 40,000+ sales teams use lemlist to book more meetings and close more deals.
We’re building the next generation of outbound: AI-first, multi-channel, highly personalized, and deeply integrated into the way modern sales teams work.
And we’re just getting started.
We're hiring someone to run our Paris HQ, our two unique spaces (lemflat & lemhouse), and a +€500k events budget. You'll be the person who turns "another company offsite" into the trip people talk about for years.
Your mission and why it matters:
You’re mission will be to contribute in giving a 5 star experience to all our team members.
We're a remote-first team, which means the moments we spend together through retreats, offsites, afterworks or a week in the lemhouse aren't a nice-to-have. They're how our culture stays alive. They're where relationships are built and where people leave thinking "I love this team."
Our Paris HQ is home base for all Parisians and remote visitors. A well-run & frictionless office is what lets them walk in and do their best work.
This role owns both. The everyday environment and the unforgettable moments. Do it well, and you shape the way 150+ people feel about working at lemlist.
What you'll be doing:
The Paris HQ
Be the main point of contact at the office and the person who makes sure it’s running smoothly
Own relationships with space managers, cleaning teams and other on-site providers
Manage badges and worldwide coworking access for remote teammates
Keep snacks, drinks, supplies and goodies stocked, nobody should ever have to ask
Maintain a clean inventory of supplies and goodies, oversee related contracts and budgets
Continuously improve the space so it stays a place people want to come into
Partner with our design on lemlist merch people actually want to wear
lemflat & lemhouse
lemflat (4-bedroom apartment in Paris): manage bookings and transport for teammates, oversee the cleaning team, handle any issues, keep it stocked with the basics
lemhouse (800m² house near Avignon): run it from a distance with our on-site house manager, organise remote weeks and team retreats, keep it functional and well-equipped
Make both feel effortless from the moment people arrive
Continuously improve the experience for team members
Events that produce a "wow"
Own a €500k annual events budget
Plan and run our flagship annual Team Building and Tech retreat end-to-end
Coordinate team retreats at lemhouse
Organise internal afterworks and team lunches at the Paris HQ
Coordinate external events with customers and partners
Create memorable experiences that reflect lemlist's culture and values
Communication
Build the hype before, capture the magic during, share the highlights after
Keep the team in the loop with regular updates, what's coming, what's changed, what to look forward to
Communicate across Slack, Notion and team meetings
Make people excited to show up
HR support
Make onboarding feel like a welcome, not a checklist — welcome packs, accesses, Paris trips when needed
Provide support to our CEO when it'll move things forward
Who you are
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Built for fast-paced. You've operated in a startup or scale-up before. Plans changing twice a week doesn't faze you.
Get shit done energy. You move fast, you don't wait on third parties to make things happen, and you find a way when there isn't an obvious one.
Organised to the bone. Budgets, vendors, inventories, calendars. Nothing slips through the cracks.
A "wow" obsessive. You care about the detail nobody asked you to think about
Adaptable and coachable. You take feedback well and work on it
A natural communicator. You write Slack messages people actually read. You can hype an event, brief a team, and update a stakeholder
Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
Based in Paris. This role lives in the office, it's not remote.
You’ve read our Culture Manifesto and feel that this is totally you
Why you'll like it here
A central, visible role in a profitable, fast-growing company
A +€500k budget and real autonomy to spend it well
Full ownership of your projects from day one and the trust that comes with it
A team that genuinely cares about how this place feels to work in
Recruitment process
Screening call with Vic, our TAM (30 min)
Meeting with Ariadne, People Manager
Use case & debrief with Ariadne (People & Admin manager) & Oriane (Chief of Staff) (1H00)
Last round / Culture fit with Charles (CEO) (30 min)
