Create, prioritize, schedule, and track maintenance work orders.
Coordinate planned maintenance activities with production and operations teams.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the preventive maintenance program.
Ensure maintenance procedures, work instructions, and PM documentation are accurate and up to date.
Assist in planning labor requirements and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Ensure required spare parts, tools, and materials are available prior to scheduled maintenance activities.
Assist with spare parts inventory management and MRO inventory control.
Enter purchase requisitions and track orders through Oracle or applicable purchasing systems.
Coordinate outside contractors and service providers as directed by maintenance leadership.
Track maintenance performance metrics and prepare maintenance reports as required.
Maintain maintenance logs, TPM records, and regulatory documentation.
Log labor hours and completed work activities within the CMMS system.
Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies.
Complete all assigned work orders and projects within established timelines.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
