Role Overview and Responsibilities
What Can I Expect to do as a Wireperson at TT Electronics?
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality cable assemblies and electronic components that meet exacting standards.
Every build you complete contributes directly to the performance and reliability of our products.
Depending On Your Experience, You’ll:
- Assemble cables, harnesses, and electronic components with precision and care
- Use specialist skills such as crimping, soldering, and interpreting technical drawings
- Work independently on complex builds or develop your skills with guidance from experienced Team Leaders
- Ensure every product meets strict quality and specification requirements
- Accurately record your work and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Collaborate with your team to deliver on time, every time
You’ll also have opportunities to mentor others, share ideas, and contribute to continuous improvement across the site!

What Skills Do I Need?
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Hold IPC620 certification
- Have hands-on experience in a similar role and can demonstrate your skills
- Take pride in punctuality and reliability
- Thrive both independently and as part of a team

- Are motivated to learn and grow your career
