Manage the claims process and coordinate the renewal and administration of medical malpractice coverage for the organisation.
Work with risk and process owners across departments to ensure medico-legal and clinical risks are prioritised, mitigated, monitored, managed, and escalated in a timely manner.
Execute and support the implementation of clinical risk management plans and framework for the organisation.
Execute and support capability building efforts (e.g. training) in the areas of conflict resolution, clinical risk management, and patient safety.
Provide secretariat support for steering committees or Quality Assurance Committees.
Participate in assigned projects or events.
