Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is the principal location for handling the business support activities and processes for Tate & Lyle, both transactional as well as value-added business partnering support. Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally. We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, HR/People Services, and IS/IT
ROLE PURPOSE
O2C Global Process Expert will be involved in designing and implementing the combined organization after CPK acquisition on an end-to-end Order-to-cash function. This role will be partnering with the regional teams in Finance and Customer Service, Commercial Team and Master data to detect new opportunities to streamline and standardize global processes, be a SPOC for problem solving and liaise with the operational team as escalation point to and from the business.
Will act as a functional expert to support the business with the implementation of process changes and new technologies within finance and customer service departments, executing maturity assessment and benchmarking.
Position combines process management together with project and transition management responsibilities. Will be responsible to assess GSS process placement for existing scope and potential future migrations, enabling the real potential of the GSS operations. Will have the accountability to identify and eliminate process pain points and automate processes wherever possible to reduce manual effort and create area for value added services for the newly combined organization.
Will support to create a best-in-class end to end global O2C process with the right technology, people capabilities and robust risk management to run the processes, ensuring an excellent stakeholder experience.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Designs, standardizes, and continuously improves end-to-end processes across international boundaries, functional silos, and business units.
Lead the global programme to transition CPK customer master data activities from regional teams to centralized Master Data team and AR team
Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for process transition and data migration.
Build strong cross‑functional relationships with regional leadership, commercial teams, finance, supply chain, and central operations.
Focus on simplifying global processes, drive for single, standard ways of working across locations, regions and entities for both legacy companies
Monitor process performance against agreed objectives and KPIs and propose countermeasures linked to continuous improvement
Act as a key liaison between various departments to facilitate communication and collaboration being a SPOC for problem solving.
Ensure compliance and governance with company policies and regulatory requirements and mitigate risks associated with the O2C process, supporting strategic business objectives.
Provide advice and support to the team and business in every-day issue resolution
Maintain a robust control framework and compliance
Assure alignment and seamless collaboration within the process and with internal and external stakeholders
Drives transformation initiatives and develops training materials for global teams
Ensure changes are being led and documented appropriately
Partner or lead cross-functional activities with internal and external business partners to provide tactical thought partnership or leadership to effectively drive project delivery and process integration
Leverage problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project deliverables are met

§ University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Supply Chain Areas
Project and/or transition management experience
5 years of best-practice experience of the order to cash cycle gained in an international organisation (ideally shared services)
3 years in a supervisory or people leader role would be an asset
Experience in process transitions and identifying best practices and benchmarking in the SSC/GBS market
Strong Finance and Accounting knowledge
Procurement/Supply Chain understanding
Good Excel knowledge
Ability to process and follow-up on rush items
Design and delivery of significant process improvements involving IT.
Project management experience in mid to large-scale projects (M&A is a plus).
Proficiency in SAP and understanding of O2C E2E process.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening).
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Good presentation skills
