We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and sales-driven leader to help guide our front desk and salon flow at:
📍 Drybar Missoula (140 E Front St)

Role Overview:
As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading the client experience from check-in to check-out while ensuring Drybar standards are consistently upheld. You will also support team performance, operations, and sales goals during each shift.

Schedule Requirement:
Full-time position
Must work Tuesday–Saturday
Mix of opening and closing shifts required

Compensation:
Hourly pay
Tips

What You’ll Do:
Lead client experience from check-in to check-out ensuring Drybar standards are upheld
Lead and support team member flow including assigning clients, delegating tasks, and managing breaks
Train new Bartenders and support onboarding using Drybar systems, values, and standards
Oversee inventory by monitoring supplies, assisting with stocking, and placing orders as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and timekeeping standards
Support strong team morale and escalate issues to management when needed
Maintain awareness of promotions and support retail and membership sales goals
Manage booking system (Booker) during shift

What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Confidence in sales (memberships, add-ons, retail, hot tools)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Salon, retail, or service leadership experience preferred
