Director, Process Solutions Program Management & Process Excellence

Your Role:

Are you passionate about driving strategic programs and leading critical business processes? We are seeking a Director of Program Management and Process Excellence to support the Process Solutions Organization. This critical role as part of the Strategy and Business Operations team will help to facilitate strategic program and project execution, lead execution of priority projects, and ensure organizational alignment with business objectives.

• Strategic Program Execution: Partner with leadership to execute on key business initiatives, ensuring alignment across franchises, functions and geographies.
• Project & Focus Prioritization: Supports leadership in prioritizing work on the most important challenges to drive impact and tracks progress,  ensuring alignment with business goals
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with teams across the organization to ensure strategic initiatives are well-coordinated and drive measurable impact.
• Executive communication and reporting: Create high-quality, executive-level presentations that distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
• Change Management: Identify opportunities for operational improvements, champion best practices, and drive initiatives that enhance business agility and efficiency.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Strategy, or a related field
• 10+ years of industry experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, or related functions in a regulated environment
• Proven and demonstrated team management and leadership experience
• Experience with executive communication
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Experience with process improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma approach)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s/MBA 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong change management skills
• Project Management certification (PMP) or similar
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent

Role to be based in Burlington,MA or EMEA

 Pay Range for this position: $186,200- $283,000. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
