Oversee and execute end-to-end People lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job data changes, and employment verifications.
Partner closely with leaders across functions to address performance management, engagement, and retention.
Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and involuntary terminations, partnering with internal Legal counsel as needed.
Support workforce changes, including organizational redesigns and reductions in force (RIFs), ensuring compliance and clear documentation.
Leverage workforce and HRIS data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, applying insights to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional People projects, initiatives, and global programs that enhance organizational culture and employee experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in all HR platforms, ensuring 100% data accuracy across employee files and systems (e.g., ADP).
Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries within the case/ticketing system; own each case from start to resolution in line with established SLAs.
Provide administrative support for cyclical People processes such as audits, engagement surveys, merit increases, and bonus cycles.
Ensure global compliance with local labor laws and data privacy regulations through accurate documentation and data handling.
Escalate specialized or complex inquiries to appropriate teams (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Legal, or Talent Acquisition).
Monitor eligibility-to-work documentation and other legal requirements across global jurisdictions.
Conduct peer checks for all lifecycle transactions and provide back-up support to ensure service continuity in team absences.
Champion a seamless employee experience by maintaining high levels of responsiveness, discretion, and service orientation.
Support employee relations and performance management processes, including documentation, investigations, and coordination of corrective actions and performance improvement plans (PIPs).
