About the Role The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines across a portfolio of partner companies. You will partner closely with Regional Recruiters and hiring teams to proactively identify, engage, and qualify talent before and during active searches. This role is focused on top-of-funnel activity, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Military, and Social Media channels.
