Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret food and labeling regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
- Support the business by providing timely updates on regulatory requirements and legislative changes impacting operations.
- Prepare and communicate relevant information on food and labeling legislation and standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to support projects and provide regulatory guidance.
- Provide support to RDQ (Research, Development & Quality) on matters related to additives, raw materials, and ingredients.
- Prepare and issue ingredient lists and nutritional information based on formulations provided by RDQ.
- Review product labels to ensure full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
