Role · To carry out dimensional inspections of connectors and other machined products on the co-ordinate measuring machine (CMM) to ensure conformance to drawing tolerances. · Performing manual measurements of first-off and production parts. · To prepare, modify and verify CMM programmes for both new and existing products. · To prepare and complete accurate first-off dimensional records of inspection results. · Creating accurate non-conformance reports in a timely manner. · Maintaining a fast-paced production machine shop and inspection
