Your role:

• Working independently to maintain the flow of material on the production floor

• Identifying the needs of the workstations and ensuring stations are stocked as necessary, being attentive to those workstations so that they do not shut down

• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.

• Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.

• Maintaining material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections

• This role will cover 1st shift hours 6am – 2:30pm

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience in material handling or warehouse experience is preferred

• Your skills include powered pallet jack and/or forklift experience preferred, ability to use a computer and enter accurate data

• You have a high-school diploma or equivalent

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Shipping/Warehousing position.

• You’re a good communicator both written and verbally, attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing needs of the department

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in CA is $17.00 to $26.00, plus overtime eligible.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Ontario, CA.
