Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Network Services Department is seeking an SAP Business Integration Support Analyst with a focus on SAP and enterprise system integrations.
What you’ll be doing…
As an SAP Business Integration Support Analyst, you will work independently as well as on a team to provide operational and integration support for Kwik Trip’s SAP systems and related applications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support SAP S/4HANA and related SAP cloud applications by independently investigating and troubleshooting application and integration issues, escalating when needed.
- Gather and analyze information related to system errors and coordinate resolution efforts with SAP Basis, development, and integration teams.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and clarifying business requirements for system enhancements, new applications, and integrations.
- Provide project and integration support, including coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Assist with SAP upgrades, support packs, and enhancement deployments through coordination and communication activities.
- Create and update SAP user accounts in accordance with established security and approval processes, while supporting access reviews, licensing activities, and audits through system analysis and documentation.
- Assist with SAP data movement activities to support development and testing in lower environments.
- Review and evaluate SAP Notes relevant to Kwik Trip systems, maintain awareness of SAP announced maintenance windows, and help establish and maintain software lifecycle tracking and reporting
- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP functionality, integrations, and system processes.
- Support training and onboarding efforts to improve system adoption and business user experience.
You’ll need to have:
- Associate degree in Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot system and integration issues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Even better if you have:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other SAP applications.
- Understanding of system integrations, data flows, or APIs.
- Experience supporting audits, licensing reviews, or compliance activities.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle concepts.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in IT environments
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, daytime hours with non-business hours support as required. Rotating on call may be required.
