Membership Manager – Greenwich, CT

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves sales, coaching a team, building relationships in the community, and creating an exceptional member experience from first interaction through long-term retention.
What You’ll Do
- Drive membership sales through consultative conversations and relationship building
- Lead the front-end member experience and ensure exceptional hospitality
- Support day-to-day studio operations and team accountability
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and current members through calls, texts, and email
- Help execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
- Monitor studio performance metrics and work toward growth goals
- Collaborate with leadership to build a positive, high-performing culture
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience preferred, especially in fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Leadership or management experience is a plus
- Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or helping people feel their best
Compensation & Perks
