IT Change Management Analyst/Service Delivery Manager
• This role will lead the definition and documentation of service delivery processes.
• This role will work with the build and deployment team and also be responsible for Compliance and Reporting
• Monitors, reports, analyses and escalates as needed on day-to-day operational execution of IT Services
• Leads the development and management of all operational service metrics, scorecards, and continuous improvement opportunities
