Mission
Take ownership of key communication initiatives, driving the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies that enhance the company’s reputation and brand visibility.
Key Accountabilities
'- Develops and manages comprehensive communication strategies that align with the company’s vision, mission, and business goals.
- Manages internal communication projects.
- Manages internal communication activities related to DE&IB
- Organizes, promotes, and manages high-profile corporate events, such as leadership summits, industry conferences, and team-building activities.
- Oversees the management of the company’s social media profiles, ensuring impactful and consistent communication aligned with business goals.
- Supervises and manages the creation of materials and visual projects, including brochures, website design, advertising, logos, email marketing (DEM), trade show stands, videos, packaging, and institutional presentations, ensuring each element reflects the brand’s identity and supports the company’s communication strategy.
- Coordinates the team on the graphic choices for each tool.
- Acts as a spokesperson to enhance brand awareness and credibility both internally and externally.
- Analyzes data from communication campaigns, providing detailed reports and recommendations to improve their effectiveness.
Education
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in communication roles, with demonstrated expertise in both strategic planning and execution.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with analytics tools to measure communication performance.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
