Job Description:
Role Summary
As an HPE Greenlake Sales Specialist, you will lead the full sales cycle for HPE GreenLake and Hybrid Cloud services. You combine commercial drive with technical insight — identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and guiding customers through hybrid‑cloud adoption with clear business value. You act as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams, influencing strategy and driving growth across new business, expansions, and renewals.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a strong Cloud/XaaS pipeline; drive new business, expansions, and renewals.
- Lead deal strategy, competitive positioning, and negotiations to successful close.
- Align closely with Account Managers to execute account strategies.
- Run consultative discovery to understand customer goals and translate them into compelling value propositions and ROI/TCO narratives.
- Shape hybrid‑cloud and GreenLake architectures; coordinate RFP/RFI responses and solution design.
- Engage senior stakeholders and C‑level leaders as a trusted advisor across cloud, hybrid IT, hybrid operations and data/AI.
- Partner with Account Managers, Solution Architects, Delivery, and ecosystem partners to orchestrate the full sales cycle and ensure smooth handover.
- Deliver presentations, lead solution workshops, and support customer and partner enablement.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and support pricing and commercial structuring.
What You Bring
- 5–8 years in technology sales or consultative technical roles, ideally in Cloud/XaaS.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), hybrid operations, managed services and consumption models.
- Proven ability to lead complex solution sales cycles and communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
- Skilled in consultative selling, discovery, solution shaping, and negotiation.
- Experience with Salesforce/CRM tools; cloud certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences.
