The Opportunity
This position works out of our Abbott Thailand in the ANI International Nutrition.
As the Commercial Finance Manager - Myanmar and Cambodia, you’ll have the chance to
- Provide support in all areas involving financial planning, analysis and reporting including but not limited to:
- Financial targets (RLBEs) / Long-term Plan / Acceleration Plan / NPI study
- ROI analysis
- P&L analysis including GTN/Margin risks and opportunities
- Drive Sales and Margin forecast accuracy
- Setting and tracking of Value Creation Initiatives
- Work closely with business partners to introduce operational metrics and KPIs to ensure Trade performance is measured appropriately and spending efficiency is in place
- Prepare monthly and quarterly Management reports and provide relevant insights/analysis
- Review and approve commitment of funds, expense requests, claims and charges to ensure that expenses are in line with RLBE and approved purpose
- Ensure sustainability and improvement of core financial processes and internal control environment
- Ensure accuracy of month-end closing and proper record of all expenses are in place
- Work closely with Supply Chain team to ensure total inventory of Abbott products across the supply chain are within contractual and/or agreed targets (with management)
- Identify and initiate areas for improvements -- revenue and margin enhancements, efficiencies and cost savings, affiliate planning and reporting process simplification

Required Qualifications
- Self-motivated with flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer oriented mindset and strong team player
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Strong communications skills both verbal and written
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in FP&A, preferably in a Healthcare or FMCG
- Ability to build strong relationships at every level of the organization
