The hands-on Senior AI Engineer will be both a strong technical ‘doer’ and an effective collaborator with users, stakeholders, and business partners. This role will design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, copilots, and automation technologies to improve business operations and drive innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions, copilots, and intelligent automations.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions and best practices.
- Build and deploy scalable LLM-powered applications and AI-driven workflows.
- Build AI applications using MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect LLMs with external tools, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, business applications, and internal data sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, users, and partners to deliver practical AI solutions aligned with business needs.
- Support prompt engineering, AI orchestration, model optimization, and responsible AI practices.
- Analyze data and evaluate AI solution performance, scalability, and effectiveness.
- Document AI systems, workflows, integrations, and technical processes.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
- AI/ML specializations or certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in implementing AI projects and technical initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Building or integrating agents, automations, plugins, or extensions in Azure, Microsoft or similar environments.
- Collaborated on scalable AI infrastructure supporting MCP-based integrations.
- Working with prompt engineering, fine tuning or adjusting prompts for better performance.
The base salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $150,000 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including a candidate's relevant experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
