The Fire Alarm Service and Inspection Coordinator is responsible for managing service calls, inspections, and maintenance activities for fire alarm systems. This role ensures timely response, efficient scheduling, and high-quality customer service.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch service technicians for inspections, service calls, and emergency requests
Manage incoming service requests via phone and email
Prioritize calls based on urgency and customer needs
Coordinate recurring inspections and ensure compliance with inspection schedules
Track open service tickets and ensure timely completion
Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and service status
Review technician reports for accuracy and completeness
Assist with quoting repairs and deficiencies identified during inspections
Ensure proper documentation for billing and compliance
Maintain customer records and service history
Education/Qualification:
2–5 years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, or the alarm industry preferred
Familiarity with fire alarm inspection and service processes
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with service management software (Sedona, Service Trade, or similar) preferred.
Pay Rate:
$25 to $30 hourly based on experience.
