Your next challenge: Support and execution of annual Reward cycles Contribution to Performance management cycle Management of benchmarking activities and salary surveys Update of salary ranges and pay structures Involvement in Pay Transparency Directive application and Gender Pay Gap analysis Perform job gradings and participate to the overall HR Architecture Support the maintenance of policies, framework and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including reportings Support data-driven decision making through analysis Provide support and expertise to internal stakeholders on C B topics Collaborate with HR and Business Leaders to understand business and people strategies, designing innovative solutions that support organizational objectives and employee engagement
