Shift: 1st Shift, 5:30am - 2:00pm, M-F
Starting hiring rate: $22.47/hr
Position Overview
Are you a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in precision, quality, and seeing the tangible results of your work? Avery Dennison is looking for a versatile team player to join our finishing center operations. In this role, you will ensure our high-quality products are perfectly packed, labeled, and prepared to meet exact customer specifications.

What You Will Do
Precision Assembly & Packaging: Sort, label, and safely package finished rolls to customer specifications and standard practices.
Quality Control: Inspect the general appearance of products to protect our high standards, and check your work carefully at every stage.
Team Collaboration: Partner across departments, track multiple active orders, and keep the production line smoothly supplied.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in team problem-solving, maintain a clean, organized space, and conduct 5S audits.
Qualifications
What You Bring (Qualifications)
High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and comfort following written standard operating procedures (SOPs).
A collaborative spirit—you naturally step up to help a coworker succeed for the good of the team.
Adaptability to learn new software applications (like MFG Pro) and a willingness to cross-train on automated machinery over time.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain a Lift Truck Operator’s license.
