  • Lead and execute Interface Management activities in accordance with company processes, policies, and the Global Business Process Management System (GBPMS).
  • Establish and maintain the project interface management framework during project mobilization, including interface procedures, registers, and need dates.
  • Act as the primary contact point for interface matters between the client, external contractors, and internal project stakeholders.
  • Operate and administer the project’s Interface Management systems (internal and client systems), ensuring consistent structure, traceability, and reporting.
  • Ensure interface information is issued, received, and closed in line with agreed schedules, and proactively follow up overdue or at‑risk items.
  • Identify interface‑related risks, gaps, or potential contractual changes and report these to Project Management with recommended actions.
  • Chair and participate in internal and external interface meetings, ensuring actions are clearly defined and properly followed up.
  • Support and guide project participants in the use of Interface Management tools and processes, including training where required.
  • Capture and share lessons learned to improve interface execution across projects and departments.
