Configure, customize, and maintain the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS to meet organizational needs.
Oversee system updates, enhancements, and integrations with other HR systems or tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS.
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including employees, trainers, training managers, HR Managers, Managers, Quality Team members and other users as needed.
Publish and implement training content including materials, online classes and observation checklists as needed.
Ensure content is up-to-date and meets compliance and quality standards.
Test all content in non-production environment to ensure proper quality and functionality.
Collaborate with instructional designers and content creators to enhance the learning experience.
Generate and analyze LMS reports to track user progress, course completions, system usage, group membership, and training catalog contents.
Build internal customer-facing dashboards to ensure all layers of management have the information they need.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve learning outcomes and system efficiency.
Lead or participate in LMS-related projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementations, and process improvements.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success.
Ensure that LMS operations comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and enforce data security measures to protect sensitive information.
Manage Security Roles and membership in security roles to support system operations.
