How you will create an impact: Lead and mentor the DevOps engineers, providing day-to-day guidance, removing blockers, and acting as an escalation point Set clear goals and expectations, including regular 1:1s, performance feedback, development plans, and ongoing coaching through mentoring and knowledge sharing Define and drive the DevOps strategy aligned with enterprise standards Oversee Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, cost efficiency, and monitoring performance, usage, and spending to address risks and inefficiencies Support the operationalization of AI/ML solutions and MLOps practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable reliable AI platform delivery and act as a technical advisor contributing to strategic roadmap planning Govern and promote Infrastructure as Code, defining and enforcing IaC standards and best practices (Terraform) Ensure effective CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, including governance via code reviews and CI/CD validation Drive adoption of IaC and DevOps practices through training and reusable modules About you: Several years of experience in a medium to large corporate environment or software house Experience working with remote engineering teams with diverse backgrounds 5+ years in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering 3 + years in a management role with demonstrated experience in leading and developing DevOps teams Strong leadership and ability to develop and guide engineers Strong knowledge of DevOps principles (CI/CD, automation, reliability) Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environments Clear communication across technical and non-technical teams with fluent English Strategic mindset focused on scalability and stability Ownership and accountability for delivery and outcomes Adaptability to evolving AI and cloud technologies Have we sparked your interest?
