Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a Project Manager in our Brisbane office. This is a newly created role due to strong organic growth and will play a key role in supporting the Project Director in the successful delivery of major multidisciplinary projects.
This position will act as the primary client-facing contact across projects, coordinating internal discipline leads and ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and project delivery outcomes across engineering, planning, and design teams. You will be responsible for driving project performance, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Specifically:
- Manage the delivery of multidisciplinary projects from due diligence through to approvals, design coordination, and construction support
- Act as the key client-facing representative, building trusted relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal discipline Project Managers across civil, water, transport, planning, and urban design teams to ensure aligned project outcomes
- Facilitate project meetings, manage workflows, and oversee project programmes, budgets, and deliverables
- Liaise with clients, authorities, contractors, and external consultants to support successful project delivery
- Support the Project Director with project reporting, commercial management, and strategic client engagement
- Identify and manage project risks while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client expectations
- Contribute to business development opportunities and ongoing client growth
- Manage financial targets including budgets, profitability etc
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects, ideally within land development or infrastructure environments
- Strong stakeholder and client management capability, with confidence leading project discussions and coordinating multiple teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage programmes, budgets, risks, and project delivery outcomes
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to drive accountability across multidisciplinary teams
- Commercially aware with strong communication and organisational skills
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, or a related discipline
