Special Education Teacher, Autism Specialty - 2026-2027 School Year

Description: Roseville Area Schools has a vacancy for a 1.0 FTE Special Education Teacher for the 2026�2027 school year. The teacher will provide prep coverage for elementary center-based special education classrooms and deliver specialized instruction to students in the Communication Interaction Disorder (CID) program across three school sites. This role does not include case management responsibilities or related due process requirements. This position will start August 31, 2026.
Qualifications:
- A MN Teaching License in Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred or licensure in special education with experience supporting children with autism
- Strong instructional and time management skills
- Commitment to an equitable education experience for all
Demonstrated understanding of cultural competence
Compensation: Minimum full year, full-time starting salary is $53,085, plus a district contribution toward health and dental insurance.
