Assistant Principal (Traughber Junior High)

Oswego Community Unit School District 308 is currently recruiting exceptional candidates for the position of Assistant Principal at Murphy Jr. High School. This position is 206 days and begins on 07/20/2026.

Qualified candidates will have a valid/registered Professional Educator License with a Principal or General Administrative endorsement, three to five years of experience inclusive of leadership experience at the elementary school level preferred, additional skills required are excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of school improvement process and collaborative leadership style.

COMPENSATION: The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive salary range of $83,800 - $87,000 depending on educational background and experience.
