
Summer Student Help Desk Agent - Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Salary Range: $16.00 per Hour
Shift Type: Part-Time
Wage/Hour Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Help Desk Manager
Monday - Thursday (20 Hours per week)
EMPLOYMENT BEGINS: June 1, 2026 - July 23, 2026
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
- To provide phone technology support to all district staff, students, and student families.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
- High School diploma
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Fluent in speaking Spanish and English
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 1-year experience troubleshooting electronic devices in an enterprise environment preferred
- Understanding of enterprise-level applications, especially help desk software
- Ability to translate help desk calls between Spanish and English
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Handle telephone calls in a polite and informative manner
- Knowledge of all major operating systems
- Demonstrates analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
- Familiar with common enterprise and end-user software including, help desk software, Skyward, Microsoft Office, Email, Google suite, and internet browsers
- Familiar with Chromebooks, iPads, and Hotspots
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Perform other duties as assigned
