Job Description

Senior Delivery Manager

Experience - 10-12 Years

As SDM for one of the group’s subsidiaries or one of the numerous projects, the SDM manages and develops the area together with the team in a highly independent manner. This includes:

  • Directing of business with responsibility for revenue increase, profitability
  • Development of T-Systems’ business with this customer, focusing on continuous verticalization (IT + Telco) and transitioning existing T&M business (IT skills) to services and deliverables
  • A clear product and service mindset and focus
  • Regular communication and collaboration with the customer up to SVP level
  • Controlling budget, quality, and time
  • Close cooperation with account management, expert sales, and delivery

Required Skills:

  • At least 7 years of experience in similar roles
  • Management of projects and portfolios in production, including SLAs, KPIs, and contract compliance
  • Management of deals
  • Cost and order management
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with globally distributed delivery models
  • Experience in telecommunications is desirable
  • Initiative to engage with technological topics and develop them commercially
