Production Planning team in Poland is responsible for ensuring correct material availability servicing the required stock levels, ensuring delivery on time to customers through correct assessment of capacity and resource allocation. The primary target is the S&OE, that’s strongly connected to S&OP process.
Your Profile:
You bring an entrepreneurial go-getter attitude and will be excited about developing and executing, being hands-on within a vast variety of tasks. Experience working for an international company will be considered a plus as many of your colleagues and internal stakeholders are located abroad.
Core tasks are:
Planning of production with emphasis of effectiveness and productivity,
Maintaining healthy level of inventory for raw, semi and finish products,
Reporting of production plan and level of its realization,
Daily collaboration with main stakeholders to secure achieving company goals,
Work within ERP environment across modules with mainly focusing on Master Planning and its role in MRP calculations,
Continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience within production planning,
Computer literacy (MS Office – mainly Excel),
Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge – MRP engine,
Organized, flexible and quick to learn,
Strong problem-solving skills,
Ability to analyze big amount of data
Graduate with at least Bachelor’s degree,
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary,
Strong stakeholder management.
