Job Description

Are you a driven Project Manager ready to take your career to the next level?

AECOM Gold Coast Office is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will collaborate with Senior Project Managers, Associates, and Directors to manage, coordinate, and deliver exciting projects across various sectors.

The role will cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Project Management Initiatives: Take charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients and project teams, serving as the primary interface for both new and existing clients.
  • Team Management: Ensure all team members receive relevant training and support, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Manage project outputs in accordance with agreed timelines and quality standards, delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Degree qualified (BSc or MSc) in Project Management or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in a consulting environment, providing a full spectrum of PM services including procurement strategies, progress reports, and post-contract management.
  • Passion for Excellence: A commitment to delivering high-quality results and a willingness to engage positively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Senior Project Managers and Associates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multi-Project Management: Experience managing various projects across public and private sectors.
  • Networking: Active participation in local professional groups and connections with peers in other disciplines.
