Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse
· Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
· Provide skilled nursing care and patient education
· Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
· Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Qualifications
· Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
· Home health experience preferred, but not required
