Job Description
Located in Saline Township, MI, the NOC HC/Operations Management Center Engineer will independently manage and enhance data center operations, driving performance and process improvements. This role involves leading analyses, monitoring facility health, and implementing enhancements. The engineer will partner with various teams, lead incident resolution, and manage technical issues. They will maintain a knowledge base, execute incident protocols, and conduct root cause analysis. Additionally, they will oversee new region builds, expansions, and infrastructure changes, ensuring optimal data center efficiency and stability.
