The Application Lead is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of application design, development, implementation, and adoption, ensuring alignment with marine business goals. Role leads the Architecture Review Board (ARB) process to maintain scalable and secure designs. The role includes managing user onboarding, training, and change management for smooth rollouts. The role handles vendor engagement and procurement workflows like NFA, PR, and PO. Customization governance across domestic and international entities ensures strategic consistency. The lead ensures compliance with global data privacy and security standards. The lead manages data migration to centralized platforms like Data Lake or Databricks.
