
Property Manager
Job Description
Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Farmworker & Community-Based Services, this position is responsible for managing UMOS’ five farm labor housing complexes (four in Wisconsin and one in Minnesota for a total of 80+ units) and general program housing operations. S/He handles all property management issues, including but not limited to showing rental units, determining program and tenant eligibility, documentation and reporting, collections, notices, lease administration, resolving customer complaints, and maintenance requests. This position will procure and manage vendors to maintain facilities; and directly oversee routine property maintenance, repairs, inspections, as well as respond to emergencies.
