Position Requirements: A Secondary School teacher with proven experience in a pastoral or behaviour leadership role Strong understanding of behaviour systems and school culture Experience in line management and staff development Ability to analyse behaviour, attendance and wellbeing data to inform action Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing Initiative and the ability to work independently; Excellent communications skills with staff, students and parents at all levels; Attendance at and support of school events outside of standard school hours.
