Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Supervisor to lead and develop a team of approximately 10 to 20 field service engineers, ensuring efficient and high‑quality service delivery to our customers.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the Field Service team, ensuring work orders are completed on time and within budget.

  • Monitor team performance through KPI benchmarking, utilization levels, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Act as a key partner to stakeholders such as scheduling, technical support, and business units.

  • Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training, certifications, performance evaluations, and other personnel actions in alignment with the Field Service Manager.

  • Support the development of team members through mentoring and skill enhancement.

  • Collaborate with the Field Service Manager to optimize processes and Field Service activities.

  • Lead by example, maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
