Job Description
We are looking for a Field Service Supervisor to lead and develop a team of approximately 10 to 20 field service engineers, ensuring efficient and high‑quality service delivery to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the Field Service team, ensuring work orders are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor team performance through KPI benchmarking, utilization levels, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a key partner to stakeholders such as scheduling, technical support, and business units.
Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training, certifications, performance evaluations, and other personnel actions in alignment with the Field Service Manager.
Support the development of team members through mentoring and skill enhancement.
Collaborate with the Field Service Manager to optimize processes and Field Service activities.
Lead by example, maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
