Job Description
The Endpoint Support Technician Lead provides senior-level technical support for all endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, phones, printers, and related peripherals. This role serves as the primary escalation point for complex endpoint and service desk issues and plays a key role in coordinating daily endpoint support operations. The Lead ensures service quality and SLA performance, mentors team members, and acts as the technical lead for endpoint-related projects.
The Endpoint Support Technician Lead partners closely with management to support process improvement, operational consistency, and continuous improvement across the endpoint support function.
