About The Position
The Associate Director of Circle Giving & Stewardship is a key member of the Individual Giving Team responsible for managing the Joffrey’s mid-level fundraising initiatives with the main focus of soliciting donations from individuals of $2,500-$24,999. This includes overseeing the Joffrey’s Joffrey Circle giving program and related stewardship activities, and, in collaboration with the Director of Development Operations, utilizing data and analytics to inform donor strategies and identify growth opportunities. As a member of the Individual Giving Team this role serves as a critical bridge between annual giving and major gifts, helping donors deepen their engagement and philanthropic commitment to The Joffrey Ballet. The Associate Director of Circle Giving & Stewardship is a team leader and actively identifies and develops relationships and pathways that build on the Joffrey’s current successes and enables future programs and initiatives which support the Joffrey’s commitment to diversity, accessibility, and artistic excellence in performances & productions, training & education, and community engagement.
