What You'll Do:

The Privileging and Credentialing Specialist will perform all duties necessary to provide project assistance and coordination for the organizations privileging and credentialing functions. Responsibilities include:

  • Assists with preparation and validation of documentation for initial provider privileging and credentialing files.
  • Assists with preparation and validation of documentation for provider re-privileging and re-credentialing files.
  • Assists with preparation and validation of documentation for provider privileging and credentialing updates.
  • Assists with maintaining and auditing privileging and credentialing files in accordance with HRSA guidelines and BRH policies.
  • Assists maintaining OLCP, and other clinical staff files and document renewals in accordance with HRSA guidelines and BRH policies.
  • Manages Collaborative Practice Agreements renewals and adjustments
  • Provides support of Dental Credentialing process.
  • Assists with the maintenance of Human Resources and Training department files and projects.
  • Provides guidance to visitors in the administrative office
  • Coordinates administrative office functions in a timely and efficient manner

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • Prior experience with office administration preferred
  • Excellent organizational skillset including attention to detail. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher
