Responsibilities
Our Business Development internship focuses on partnering with leaders and teams across the organization to support strategic growth initiatives. Interns primarily provide analytical and research support for transactions such as acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and de novos, while also contributing to key corporate development and business strategy projects
Essential Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Analyzes potential acquisitions, supporting the preparation of financial models and presentations for senior management and external use.
- Works with other departments and divisions on diligence of potential acquisitions.
- Assists in supporting portions of transactions including assisting in negotiating transaction terms by providing input on negotiating points.
- Helps to identify new markets and customer needs by researching current market trends and provides key analytical support for issues facing the Company.
- Provides analytical and research support to help teams evaluate options and address issues that arise during strategic and transactional projects.
- Researches and develops an understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and organization.
- A highly motivated, reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel internal and external
- effectively and professionally to the company.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and initiative.
